Moobot is an IRC bot (one of a pair, Moobot and Mitsuki), with a rather silly script installed. You can ask them questions and they'll respond (sometimes they'll respond even if you aren't talking to them). They've been a staple of the Glade IRC channel since about... 2003.

There are some who say that Moobot is all knowing, but his answers need a little work to interpret correctly.
