Candy corn, tbh (but only slightly)

It boggles my mind that people do not like candy corn.

I don't like either. There are much better candies I'd rather be eating.

Anything that's not the festering little solidified balls of puss we call "candy corn." Utterly disgusting.

Neither. If you are going to be gluttonous, by all means, do as Adephagia would do:

EACH pumpkin contains 25 Calories and 6g of sugar (vs. 8 and 2 for Brach's Candy Corn). They are entirely too much.

That must be why eating more than 2 at a time makes me feel just a tad ill.

And then melted in a pot, and injected.

I gladly take any candy corn that others don't want.

Then again, lately I haven't had much of a sweet tooth.

Quoted for truth. I'd rather cut my tongue out than eat either candy in question.

I don't like any of those things by themselves. I don't eat Indian corn or those pumpkin things at all. But my wife makes a mixture of candy corn and salted peanuts that tastes like a Payday candy bar. That stuff is yummy!

My favorite thing to do was not to eat them in one bite, but to bite them in half and marvel at the granules of sugar. It usually was the last clear image I saw before passing into a diabetic coma.

Put roughly equal amounts of salted peanuts and candy corn in a ziplock bag or tupperware type container. Seal container and shake to mix. It's best eaten by grabbing a handful and letting the textures and flavors mix in your mouth.

OK, so I mixed peanuts, candy corn, and carob chips in equal parts by weight... next time I'll bump the candy corn (dense little bastards) but it's proven to be quite addicting. I love carob. So many people imagine it as a substitution for chocolate (which is does poorly) and ignore that fact that it has a wonderful flavour of its own.

When I was a kid I loved both candy corn and Indian corn! Can't stand either one now.

I'll have to tell the wife about the carob chips. Thanks!

Never heard of it referred to as anything but candy corn.

And I love the stuff, though I can't eat too much of it.
