If it were my dogs' droppings, then yes, it would be heaven! (and yes, I'd be picking up their droppings!)

I see the same spark of living in a dog's eyes as I do in a person's. For my part, at least, all things seem about equal between us.

I don't claim to know much about the afterlife, though. As was noted, the Bible itself says really quite little on the subject. A lot of what's in the zeitgeist as Heaven (and relatedly, Hell) don't have much, if any, basis in the original writings from Biblical times... and that's saying a lot, considering the length of time "Biblical times" already includes.

It wouldn't be heaven if I couldn't have my faithful companions there with me.

I'm not too interested in what folks have to say about heaven 'till I talk to someone who's been there.

I'm sorry, will this be the five minute argument or the full half hour?

**** any religion that says my dogs don't go to heaven. If they aren't there waiting for me then I don't want to go.

I can sympathize with this principle, if not about the dogs.

Some say there's a heaven
For those who can wait.
Some say it's better
But I say it ain't.
I'd rather laugh with the sinners
Than cry with the saints.
The sinners are much more fun...
Darlin' only the good die young.

At high enough velocities...yes.

I don't know if animals will be in heaven, or not, but I know with all certainty that mallomars will.
