Just general frustration and realization that some things I wish I could say out loud.. would result in me being single again, because they are mean.

Find a closet and yell into it...bang fists against a wall (not hard enough to break anything!)...go to the nearest park and take a walk! Get your frustrations and anger out without taking them out against your partner! I know how you feel...been there, done that enough times the past 28 years and it's going to get worse now that he is going to retire next year!

The more I really think about it... I think it is more realization that my self loathing is not always accurate.

Here is the situation: Lisa is taking classes at CSN, she is working towards her Associates of xxxx in Electronics. She has not taken any real courses in a long time: so she is trying to get back into the math.

She is taking pre-algebra and asking me a lot of questions. This bugs me for a few reasons:

1- She needs to do her own work, I do not mind answering a question or so when I am free... but when I am trying to study for my English 407 class is NOT the time, nor is when I am working.

2- I have this delusional belief that I am ****. Not THE ****, just ****. I am usually going between bouts of self destructiveness and self loathing and outright depression filled self hatred. So I have this unreasonable view that since I am so **** loser-ish: everyone else must be better. So by asking me what I would consider stupid and easy questions... It makes me think that somehow whoever is asking them is somehow worse than I am...

I got issues...

First of all, you are not ****!! Get that through your thick skull!!

Secondly, again you are not ****, you are a worthwhile human being that deserves respect!! Get that through your thick skull!

Thirdly, if you are trying to study for your own classes, Lisa needs to get a tutor for her math or whatever...you have your own classes to worry about, she needs to worry about hers.

Fourthly, you are NOT ****!! You have been working hard to get your health in order and keep your family together!! Don't ever forget your goals! I only know you from this forum, but I know you are a good man trying hard to make it in this world we all live in! Don't give up...you have come a long way already!
