I'm trying to give early notice this year to encourage area gladers to come out this year.

Once again Dan Joyce of the International House of Gaming will be commemorating the 70th Anniversary of WWII with a Check Your Six historical miniatures airwar game during the Saturday afternoon session. This go round we'll be looking at an engagement taking place during one of the Battle of Britain's most active days. There are plenty of seats availible and beginners are always welcome.

This is a good venue (Second perhaps to U of M) with plenty to do. Friday and Sunday sessions are also available, but due to scheduling I'm just planning to attend on Saturday.

Okay, that was pretty fun. I decided to let my cat suffer another couple hours without strolling around his turf outside (he was displeased, but quickly forgave me when I fed him, as expected) and tried out Aerodrome after you left, Rori. That was reasonably fun, too, though I suck at it. Planning 3 moves (even small ones!) at a time with firing between them is more complicated than I was able to quickly adjust my other aviation gaming experience to accommodate... Scored damage twice, but no kills.
