I'm remembering a video that was posted here (or one of the older incarnations) which highlighted some of the skills and training exercises of a particularly talented parkour/free runner, but am unable to locate it. The only details I can remember in particular are that the video was about a male individual (not part of a team or squad) and that some of the feats he performed in the gym involved a yoga ball. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I know the exact video you're talking about.

I'll see if I can find it.

I don't think this is the exact video, but I *think* the guy in the video was David Belle.

Might have been. He's amazing. Best part of B13 was watching his parkour sequences.

Actually, the video I'm looking for (which probably wasn't a parkour/freerunning clip, now that I think about it) featured a guy doing a bunch of tricks like this one:
