Taking a minute to savor how good the morning feels.

My stresses are not any less. No problems have been solved.

However, I feel happy and content and wanted to share that with everyone.

Perhaps someday I will feel comfortable enough to share the more difficult things, but I have lived my life mostly trying to help others, so that is hard.

Glad you are having a good morning. Its the simple things that make life worth living!
It's good to be the one who helps others...but you're only learning half the lesson if you are never utterly and completely on the other side/receiving end. ;)
Hang in there!

Good morning! Stresses are difficult. One of my life goals is to keep my stress as low as possible at all times. And not fake low either... I confront all my issues head on and stab them in the face.

Nice to be able to appreciate the good sides of things, SG. Maybe it will make the other stresses more bearable. Good luck.

For some strange reason, the original post reminds me of a Klingon warrior looking to the sky, smiling, turning to his friends, and growling. 'today is a good day to die'. Then turning to the looming battle and doing his best to ensure that As many of the enemy as possible have that experience.

Take it to the enemy SG, win your battles, destroy the situations causing you stress, and stride home to recover and plan the next campaign.

For a short time after I got out of the army I had a sales job. The owner was a rather up person. I would see him in the mornings and he always had a silly smile on his face. I would give my normal 'good morning' and ask how he was. His standard answer was this. Another day above ground is always a good day.

Morning feels good, it means my work night is over and I can crawl back into bed with the Dawn's early light.
