Stephen J. Cannell died September 30th.

I grew up watching his shows. Rockford Files; Magnum, P.I.; A-Team; The Greatest American Hero; Riptide... And, of course, his cameos in Rick Castle's poker club.

Saw the tribute at the end of tonight's Castle, did a double-take.
