I think part of the issue here, is if he'd adhered to established guidelines for late-term abortions, many or most of these so-called "abortions" would never have been performed at all. He took cases other clinic were rejecting, because in most places you don't abort after a certain point in the pregnancy unless there is a clear threat to the mother's health, and have independant unaffilliated doctors signing off on it with you.

Does this mean you can threaten your kids with an abortion too? "I brought you into this world, I can take you out of it (literally)" takes on a whole new meaning.

He was not performing "abortions" he was literally murdering 7 to 9 month old (in utero) babies ! There is a very huge difference between a lump of cells and a viable human baby!! These were viable human babies able to live perfectly well outside the womb...therefore murder!!

Indeed. And in fact, these babies WERE living perfectly well outside the womb for several seconds prior to their gruesome demise.

Sure you do. You don't have to put it at the same age, but even if you have a grace period there's still a line at some point where it becomes rape when you cross it.
