We don't have the drugs. The Feds are banning the drugs required for the painless executions making it tough to humanely rid the world of these douchebags by modern standards. Really, I don't understand the problem. Firing squad, doubletap, OD on Morphine, any number of ways it is over immediately, no pain, little mess.

We put animals down humanely all the time, why not these animals.

Life, no chance of parole - death row - child rapists/murderers - convicted of treason - 5+ DUIs - Smokers in restaurants - Litterers - Speeders 20+ miles over the limit - Usurers - Cell phone talkers and texters while driving - Corporate polluters (Board of Directors and CEO), I mean really, is there any reason to let these scumbags continue to make life on this planet miserable for good decent people?
