I prefer to cook my wings on the grill (generously seasoned with garlic powder and onion powder) then add them to the sauce while hot and crispy. Served with a nice green or pasta salad. My sauce is a couple tablespoons melted butter with the same amount of extra virgin olive oil and Crystal hot sauce to taste. I tried Frank's and really didn't care for it that much.

Not really a fan of wings, but I like the way they do 'em at Buffalo Wild Wings. More fond of their dry rub varieties than their saucy varieties, but I enjoy 'em both.

Not a huge fan of wings. Much like crab legs(crab doesn't taste that great to begin with), too much effort for too little reward. Boneless wings are fantastic, though.

I like a lot of different kind of wings. There are several acceptable textures for the skin, but breaded is to be avoided as exessivly filling.

Eating traditional bone-in chicken wings has a barbaric feel to it, especially if they are 'saucy' :p

I don't usually bother with them (not worth the effort), although when I was living in Anchorage, there was a Chicken Wing delivery place that sold some nuclear hot wings that were really damn good. I ate a lot of those things...

Damn, now I want some :p

My wife and I went to this place in Maine once and I ordered an appetizer of wings, which arrived completely plain. I asked for some wing sauce, and they brought me this tiny dipper thing of it for the side; a very thin, watery sauce that was most likely nothing but Tabasco. I asked where were the wings that had been properly tossed in the sauce and they answered that they don't do that.

I was so furious I almost got up and walked out, if it hadn't been for the obvious risk of getting a lecture about it from my wife, and having her pissed off the rest of the night, although she was sympathetic and did not approve of the wings either. If I wanted **** fried chicken, I'd order fried chicken, not wings.

I have trouble making friends with chicken wings too. Perhaps it's because I've eaten so many of their kinsmen.
