I guess we've got an impasse then, if you think the proposal was in a form that could be "passed" while Obama was giving his speech, and, while others see that the "bill" was presented to Congress days later, you think they're just making **** up.

I thought that since you "just don't like seeing disingenuous bullshit bandied about as unfair criticism", those feelings would extend beyond just comment by one poster.
