Move to California. It's always BBQ season. I grilled for the Super Bowl :)

And, Jasmy, I think I've had one of those burger at Marie Callender's, but I found it hard to eat. A home-made version sounds pretty tasty, though. With bacon.

Funny you should ask. I just assembled my new grill on Sunday.

If I lived in California I could skip the grill and just lay my steaks out in the yard and wait for a wildfire ;)

It's almost crawfish boil season here. Got myself a 40 Qt pot and a propane burner, and I'm ready to boil some shellfish.

Might start off with shrimp or crabs if I'm too impatient to wait for the crawfish price to drop.

Hah, now that, there's a season. Especially the fall, but it's been getting earlier and earlier over the years I've been here (wow, 20 years last month).

Sounds like you need to head to Sacto, Jasmy.

We ship most of our mud bug harvest to the South, especially Louisiana. Sill, there are usually a few good boils along the river.
