It was fun. Now if only we could get 25 to perform as well as 10...
The lament of oh so many. Server first or two for my 10 man team, yet it took us to the 3rd week to kill Saurfang25...
Speaking of Saurfang, it seems odd to me that you're wiping if you get him to 40% before the first mark, Monte. That should be pretty good. You should end up with 2 Marks before he dies at that rate, which is not only doable but still gets you the achievement. :p
You don't have to get particularly fancy with the Blood Beasts, especially on 10 man. If they're dying without really hitting anyone, then keep doing whatever you're doing. The only helpful tip I can suggest here is to spread out the ranged dps. Last week we did Saurfang 10 with 3 ranged who all inadvertently ended up on the left side and led to a bit of frenzied kiting until I moved to the right. But again, if the root one (out of melee range of everyone I hope!) kill other, kill rooted works fine, keep doing that.
If that's happening fine... if ranged/healers aren't chaining Blood Nova to one another (lower priority than kiting Blood Beasts if necessary though).. there isn't really much more to the fight. It's on the healers at that point.
Note that faster tank swaps means less healing done by Saurfang, so that can help. Disc Priests are really OP for this fight as any damage fully (100%) absorbed means no BP gain for Saurfang. Which makes me wonder if Holy Priest PWS is big enough to absorb a full tick of Boiling Blood or the damage Mark of the Fallen Champion does... hrm... You can also save Bloodlust for the last 20% or so. His minienrage is at 30% and under, but you likely won't be killing him in 40 seconds from 30%, and the benefit of waiting as opposed to using it at the start would be that Bloodlust helps the healers keep up with 2 Marks + tank healing for that last little stretch.
If your other healer happens to be a Disc Priest I'd just suggest using Bloodlust at the start for maximum damage and abusing the hell out of PW:S throughout the fight, maybe get him down before he casts even a single Mark... :p
edit: Oh, I'm also not too sure of keeping a healer in melee range. The Earthbind would be very helpful, but it runs the risk of getting aggro right when the Blood Beasts spawn. It's probably more of a 25 man concern, though. Still, when there are two Marks and the tank being healed, the healers are going to be outputting a ton of healing and it wouldn't surprise me for that to easily overpower one Moonfire, especially considering Moonfire glyph takes a huge bite out of the initial damage.
I'd need to see a WoL report to know any better though!
