I have both Bosch and Dewalt's drills/drivers (18/20v versions). They're pretty light if you don't plug in a 9 amp hour 60v battery. The 1.5 or 2 amp hour batteries weigh almost nothing.
My wife is pretty comfortable with the DeWalt 20v max impact driver and she's tiny. The Bosch 18v feels a little lighter.
Bosch, Makita, Milwaukee, DeWalt (or Festool if you want to light your money in fire) are all good, there isn't going to be a huge difference between them. If you don't already have a couple of batteries for one of them its probably a good idea to go by a Lowe's/HD/hardware store and see what feels best in your hands.
There's always YouTube reviews if you're interested in in depth reviews, but you have to watch out for sponsored videos if you go that route.
