Sex is a non-exercise aerobic activity. It doesn't burn as many calories as you think. It is, however, healthy for a few other reasons.
I'd say that is dependent on the position and oscillation rate hehe
Good point, Lydiaa.
Sex as excersize needs to be very ... vigorous. And generally, one person will be in a more physically taxing position than the other.
I'm with Kate, though. I've had mind-blowing quickies, while an all-nighter (rare when you've been together as long as we have) might be less memorable. (but still great!) We don't tend to enjoy the rough, pounding frenzy that Raf is referring to that long. The actual penetrative act can easily last hours, but much of that is slow and gentle. I don't think i could rate sex as a physical excersize...it's very inconsistent.

Interesting fact. Guys actually spend more calories than girls as they need to replenish their er... bullets.
And those err...bullets...are often a few extra calories for the girls.
This thread wasn't as interesting as I had initially hoped, but there is a potential for more such fun threads in this subforum. I approve.
While there is no hard and fast rule as to what makes a good session, I have found to my disbelief, that there are girls who want to get **** so violently hard, it is almost impossible to satisfy.
As guys will attest to be raised, we are led to believe (then taught the truth through painful life experiences) that girls want romantic, gentle love making and may occasionally want to be banged like a screen door. But nothing like bruising the area on your groin on some nympho psycho's pelvis and requiring ice immediately afterwards.
I have never felt like less of a man. No consolation please, it doesn't help.
