Before anyone goes too much further into what appears to be misinterpreting what I've said, I'm not saying that anyone should try to control Monte, I'm saying control yourselves.

And people here continue to encourage his trolling by arguing with him. Shuyung's point is that without response Monte's trolling is pointless and he will soon grow bored and abandon it. Shuyung underestimates Monte and overestimates the ability of the rest of the board, especially those who frequent Hellfire to resist an opening to debate pointlessly.
Monte is who he is and we will not change him in any substantial way. Debate with him or not, as you please. This is the Hellfire Forum, open season on everyone out of elementary school.
I don't know why this, of all threads, got my attention on one of my weekly perusals for rare bits of useful information, and I only read the first page before I realized it's all the same crap all over again, but Micheal sits right on the edge of wisdom, without actually taking that final logical step.
Is Monte's debate style lacking in reason? Of course it is. Is there any point to engaging in any of these arguments? Of course there isn't. Shuyung's mistake isn't in his argument itself, but rather in the scope of his argument. Montegue's posts may be the most obvious of them, but he's not substantially different from the rest of you. Nor for that matter, from anyone else arguing on the Internet. It's all bloody pointless. Just about everyone here--and on every other Internet discussion site--is the same way. You're all self-appointed victims crying foul at every disagreement in a transparent attempt to lend some validity to your usually illogical views. There's a reason I left all of this.
What I can't figure out is why I decided to post in another one of these parasite-ridden flame-fests, though, other than that with the ubiquitous nature of this behavior on the 'net, perhaps it just compells the worst in human nature out of all of us.
Later.
