I just saw a trailer for some stupid dance movie in 3d(I think they were teenagers, but I can't tell anymore since I'm so old). Who watches this crap? I mean, honestly. What could drive someone to go watch a movie like that? I just can't wrap my mind around it. At all. Especially not in 3d.

Kids? Who watches Twilight? 12 year old girls and some very confused guys. Then 20 somethings guys with nothing better to do complain about them endlessly on the internet. "God, the Dora the Explorer movie is a sign of the end of good story telling. OMG!"

Uwe Boll is a the progenitor of only a tiny fraction of the garbage put on film.

Anyone see "Unthinkable?" I hate that movie so damn much that I actually kind of hate SLJ now.

You forgot the aging theater geeks with too much money and not enough taste who think this is great cinema, and allows their young, err, uhm, proteges to star in a movie.

****, I don't even need great cinema. I need tolerable cinema. I need cinema that doesn't make me think to myself "a rectal exam would have been cheaper and a good deal more fulfilling".

I can say with all confidence... I have NEVER seen a movie that would make me think "Hey a finger up my *** sounds great right now!"

No, but AvP: Requiem was a good effort at getting into that category of ridiculous.

I KNEW there was a reason I avoid that movie as if it were a dog that ate popcorn and drank Dr. Pepper.

I call shenanigans. You never saw Wing Commander. Wing Commander made Battlefield Earth look like Casablanca.

I felt both movies had qualities which made them slightly more painful than waking up with Acid Reflux, but less painful than catching my junk in a zipper.

But Wing Commander was about the same amount of "what the hell were they thinking?" as Battlefield Earth.
